It was a great feeling to get my website to a point where I consider it "live". I have had some tremendous feedback, but the thing I am feeding on most is people feeling that they are inspired, motivated etc. to do something for themselves. It has also been great hearing other people's stories of weight loss and fitness goals. I succeeded in my hope that someone could benefit from this, like I have benefited from my inspirations. I also am using this to keep me motivated and focussed. The focus part really helps when you see results, and when you get to try fun things like this:
